Logging in with bank credentials fails or the product is slow. What should I do?

 

 

First try clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history and then restart your browser. Please also make sure you have the latest version of your browser. You can also try logging in and using the product with another browser. If the problem persists, you can also try logging in to another online service using your online banking credentials (e.g. tax.fi).
